The Ayala Malls opens another shopping and dining destination, the Ayala Malls Vertis North in Quezon City. Located in the up-and-coming central business and lifestyle district, Vertis North and right across the first large format hotel of the homegrown chain, Seda Hotel Vertis North, Ayala Malls Vertis North is the first mall that caters to the hip lifestyle of today’s young generation. It boasts a fusion of modern technology, art, and passion, which gives birth to exciting and cutting-edge innovations.

Surrounded by several private villages, offices and schools, Ayala Malls Vertis North is set to be the trendsetter for modern fashion, food, and fun in the north. The mall houses 200 brands covering a variety of choices for the community with different tastes and lifestyles. It hosts an array of well-curated selections for its customers by complementing what TriNoma already has.

True to its proposition, Ayala Malls Vertis North opened many firsts not only in Quezon City but also in the Philippines. UFC Gym, Aivee Clinic, Global Views, Cocina Peruvia, Thai BBQ, and Scout’s Honor are a few of the first-concept brands brought in Northern Metro Manila; while, Nathan’s Famous and Intersport are global brands which opened their first stores in the Philippine market at the mall.

Global Views and Home & Beyond at Level 3 of the mall recently held a joint grand opening that was well-attended by stylish guests and influencers. Owned by world traveller Jo Lim, the new home furnishing shops sell well-curated furniture and accents that will surely enhance various home interiors. With some pieces only available through professional interior designers, Global Views shops give access to signature furniture pieces from abroad. Apart from their shop in Vertis North, the other location is at Shangri-La at the Fort. Home & Beyond carries some accent furniture pieces that are designed by Jo herself. The shop also has paintings, pillows, animal skins and wonderful gift items.

Ayala Malls Vertis North also is home to two new and game-changing formats for dining and entertainment. First, the mall introduces two pioneering concepts in the Philippines, the Japan Town and Korea Town (slated to open in March 2018). These anchors bring the popular and well-curated Japanese and Korean shopping and dining experience, all in one roof.

The Japan Town @ Vertis Ginza, with its own Activity Center and food hall, showcases the best of Japan in Ayala Malls. On the other hand, Korea Town is also a breakthrough concept from Ayala Malls which will bring in the same eccentrically-busy street vibe of Korea closer to the local consumers.

Second, the mall houses the country’s biggest digital screen with two private skyboxes – the first ever A-Giant Screen of Ayala Malls, which has been a preferred venue for premiere nights and block screenings.

Ayala Malls Vertis North is also set to open the Urban Turf which shall imbibe the characteristics of a hip, fresh, funky, edgy, dynamic and trendy hang out place for the new generation of teenagers.

Adding further to the mall’s unique charm is The Garden, traversing the entire area between the four retail buildings, centrally located to give mall-goers a piece of nature and tranquility in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Lastly, there are two available event areas where various exciting activities can be held. Ayala Malls Vertis North has a 300sqm Activity Center which can accommodate intimate concerts, lifestyle exhibits and workshops while the ABS-CBN Vertis Tent with a seating capacity of 1,200 people and a standing capacity of 2,000 people, is the ideal venue for conventions, product launches, concerts and parties. It is the first large capacity air-conditioned tent venue in Quezon City.
