Philippine Tatler HOMES’ year-end Luxe Issue celebrates with a Holiday Brunch

Philippine Tatler HOMES and Living Innovations partnered to celebrate the festive season and the launch of Philippine Tatler HOMES’ year-end Luxe Issue with a special Holiday Brunch.  Graciously welcoming guests at the event was the brains behind Living Innovations, young entrepreneur Ferdie Ong, together with Philippine Tatler’s Managing Director Irene Martel Francisco and Philippine Tatler HOMES Editor Mia Borromeo.

The sleek and stylish Minotti Showroom in BGC was filled with activity as 30 fashionable ladies mingled in the impressive space that highlighted stunning contemporary furniture pieces from Minotti’s 70th anniversary collection.  The iconic Italian brand has been under the direction of the renowned Milanese architect and interior designer, Rodolfo Dordoni for two decades.

Guests at the intimate event feasted on a magnificent Brunch spread whipped up by popular chef Florabel Co-Yatco—everyone was raving about the fresh porcini pasta in white truffle cream sauce, eggs benedict, wagyu beef skewers, and roast turkey complemented by a delicious sweet potato casserole with pecan oatmeal crumble and other special trimmings.  Over coffee, bubbly, and sweets, an exciting raffle hosted by Living Innovations’ Ferdie Ong and Philippine Tatler HOMES editor Mia Borromeo gave away an array of delightful prizes: a Hurricane vase by Ro, home accessories from Brooklyn-born design brand West Elm. For gourmet lovers were festive baskets from artisanal home-grown chocolate brand, Auro and Nespresso coffee sets featuring special coffee flavors from the Master Coffee Range and Limited Edition Collection, along with Nespresso cappuccino cups. From Rustans were an amber Balm candle from Diptyque’s holiday 2018 collection, scented candles from Millefiori, a picture frame from Natori Home and a decorative porcelain plate by Rosenthal which went to lucky lady Ana de Ocampo. Junie Peña won a stylish bar tray and cocktail glasses from Brooklyn-born design brand West Elm. The raffle drew to a close with luxury fragrances as well as a beautiful silk scarf from Hermès won by the lovely Zelda Kienle.
