Unfolding at the heart of Bonifacio Global City is Marquis Grand Ballroom, the metro’s newest events destination purposely crafted for unique experiences and remarkable moments. Marquis’ grand design wonderfully accommodates large gatherings and the wide area is flexible for various themed events.
The three sisters who own Marquis—Lorraine Lim-Aguila, Laura Lim-Rodrigo and Lorlyn Lim-Almazora wanted to create inspiring spaces for everyone’s inspiring moments of celebration. Marquis’ brand ideation though took its cue from their grand father’s passionate appreciation of the legend of a thousand paper Cranes.
In translating Marquis’ inspiration and vision into a grand venue, the elegance and optimism symbolic of the paper Cranes unfold in every facet of the design—from the carpet, wall and door appointments all the way up to the 7-meter high ceiling that are adorned with luxurious chandelier installation representing the flight of a thousand cranes. A guest stepping into Marquis can relate to the brand’s design inspiration, evoking a distinct sense of unique luxury delighting those with discriminating taste.
